With Import2Shop you build your own product bundles from the products you already have, for example a device plus accessories or a 3-pack. The app calculates stock and purchase price from the components. The selling price comes from your price template, or you set a fixed net price.
A bundle is a product of its own that is made up of other products. You sell it with its own SKU and EAN, but you keep maintaining only the individual products.
A device, a case and a charging cable go into your shop as one set. The customer orders one product, you ship three.
Three of the same product as a value pack. You simply set the quantity in the bundle to 3.
The same set in red and in blue. Each variant has its own component list and therefore its own stock and price.
Example: power bank, charger and cable as a charging set. The numbers in the screenshot match the list.
Only 4 power banks are in stock, so there are 4 sets.
Calculated by the app, you never enter bundle stock yourself.
Sum of the three components.
Come from your price template or your fixed net price.
Runs the calculation right away instead of waiting for the background run.
| Stock | The scarcest component counts: device 8 units + cable 3 units makes 3 bundles |
|---|---|
| Multipack | A 3-pack with 10 units in stock makes 3 bundles |
| Purchase price | Sum of all components, each multiplied by its quantity |
| Selling price | Via price template (follows the purchase price) or as a fixed net price that stays put when purchase prices change |
| Identifiers | Own SKU (required) and EAN (recommended), unique across all products and variants |
| Component missing | Deleted, deactivated or sold out: bundle stock drops to 0 |
| Availability | Included in every plan |
In the product overview, the package icon opens a wizard. It walks you through every field and only saves in the last step.
Name, description, own SKU, EAN and manufacturer. Name and description can be optimised with AI.
Search products or single variants by SKU, EAN or name and set the quantity in the bundle.
Choose a price template or enter a fixed net selling price, plus the tax class. You see selling price and margin right away.
Choose a category, add attributes or let AI suggest them, optionally create variants.
Upload images, check the summary, create the bundle.
In the second step you put together the component list.
In the third step you decide how the selling price is set.
You don’t have to touch the bundle. When a component changes, the app recalculates the bundle within a few minutes and passes the values on to your sales channels.
Bundle stock goes down with it. If a component hits 0, the bundle can no longer be sold.
The purchase price is summed up again. With a price template the selling price is recalculated; with a fixed net price it stays put and only the margin changes.
If a product is deleted or deactivated, the bundle drops to stock 0. The line is marked in the component list.
When the order is imported, the component stock is deducted, provided order pickup is active for the channel.
Once created, a bundle is a regular product in your overview. It takes the same route as any other product to your connected shops and marketplaces.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware and Gambio receive the bundle with stock and price.
The unique SKU keeps stock sync on the marketplaces clean.
The “Bundles only” filter shows all sets at a glance, and you can bookmark the view.
The scarcest component counts, taking the quantity into account. A bundle of a device (8 units) and a cable (3 units) has stock 3, and so does a 3-pack with 10 units in stock.
The purchase price is the sum of the components times their quantity. The selling price is either calculated by your price template, which adjusts it when purchase prices change, or you enter a fixed net selling price.
Yes. Instead of a price template you enter a fixed net selling price. It stays put when the component purchase prices change; only stock, purchase price and margin are recalculated. Separate price templates for a marketplace still calculate the price there from the purchase price.
An own SKU is required, an EAN is recommended. Marketplaces like Amazon need it for matching. Both must be unique across all products and variants.
No. Bundle and single product share the same stock. After every sale, both stock levels go down accordingly.
Within a few minutes. The recalculation runs in batches in the background, and you can trigger it right away with “Recalculate now”.
No. Components are always regular products or variants, bundles are not offered in the selection.
You upload them yourself as JPG, PNG or WEBP. A bundle has no supplier that delivers images.
Bundles are included in every Import2Shop plan. The optional AI features for name, description and attributes use your AI credit.
