With the own warehouse module you keep your own stock and your own sales prices in Import2Shop, for wholesale items as well as for your own items. You record goods received by EAN and book goods issues from the order.
You enter stock and net sales price and switch the own warehouse on for the item. With variants this works per variant.
Your own items
Items that come from no wholesaler you create yourself: with name, SKU, EAN, category, pictures and variants.
Your stock counts
If the own warehouse is active for an item, your stock and your price go to shop and marketplaces, not the wholesaler's values.
In the app
Inbound, stock and outbound
You find the warehouse under “Modules”.
1. Enter inbound
Type the EAN or read it with a scanner, check the quantity and book.
2. Show stock
List with SKU, own stock and own price, as a PDF report if you like.
3. Show outbounds
Every goods issue with date, item and quantity.
Orders
What happens with an order from the own warehouse?
1
Order comes in
In the orders overview a warehouse symbol shows that items from your own warehouse are included.
2
Not sent to the wholesaler
Auto-order leaves such orders alone and sends you an email.
3
You ship yourself
You create the DHL label straight from the order.
4
Book the goods issue
One click deducts the quantity from your stock and creates the outbound.
