- Servers in Germany
- Up to 10 EU countries
- Error messages in plain language
How does Import2Shop find the right Amazon product?
Using the EAN or GTIN from your supplier data. Only unambiguous matches are assigned automatically. Everything else goes to a review list where you decide with one click.
Your offer is attached to the existing Amazon product instead of creating a duplicate page.
Brand and quantity must match. A single item never ends up on a pack of ten.
Several matches or mismatches are shown with all candidates side by side.
You see restricted brands and categories before an offer is sent to Amazon.
Prices and stock according to your rules
Prices and stock come continuously from your wholesalers’ data. A few rules decide what reaches Amazon.
Instantly 0 when sold out
When your supplier reports an item as sold out, Import2Shop sets the Amazon offer to 0 right away. You never sell what you cannot ship.
Stock buffer and maximum quantity
A buffer in units or percent holds back a reserve, a maximum quantity caps what is visible on Amazon.
Handling time
You set how many days you need until dispatch. That fits drop shipping via your supplier.
Minimum margin
If a price falls below your minimum margin, the offer is not sent. The overview shows which items are affected.
Protection against pricing-error blocks
Every offer goes to Amazon with a minimum and maximum price. This lowers the risk of Amazon deactivating an offer for a supposed pricing error.
Fees and margin up front
Before listing you see the estimated Amazon fees and the margin that remains.
Which Amazon marketplaces can you sell on?
From one seller account you serve Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden and Ireland, optionally also the United Kingdom. You choose the countries in which your account is active.
For Poland, Sweden and the UK, Import2Shop converts your prices into złoty, kronor and pounds automatically, at the current European Central Bank rate.
DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, PL, SE, IE and optionally UK.
Converted automatically at the current ECB rate.
Amazon gets its own prices, separate from your shop and eBay.
Everything in view, explained in plain language
Amazon usually reports problems as codes and short technical texts. Import2Shop collects them in one place and tells you what to do.
Active, check, blocked: in one overview per country.
Every Amazon error message in plain language, each with the next step.
What was sent to Amazon, when and why.
Daily summary, immediate warning if the connection is lost.
Your stock in Amazon warehouses, shown right on the item.
How do you get started with the Amazon integration?
A wizard guides you through the setup. While selecting products you already see which offers work and what is missing. You add new products the same way later.
Connect account
You sign in to Amazon and give Import2Shop access to offers, prices, stock and FBA stock.
Choose countries
You pick the Amazon countries in which your seller account is active.
Set rules
Buffer, maximum quantity, handling time and minimum margin.
Select products
You pick products by supplier, manufacturer or category. Import2Shop instantly shows per product: Amazon product found, approval needed, margin, Amazon check.
Go live
The offers are sent. A job per country keeps prices and stock in sync at an interval you set.
What is different from typical Amazon tools?
Many Amazon tools only connect a shop to Amazon. Import2Shop starts at the wholesaler and checks more before anything goes to Amazon.
Typical solution
Shop-to-Amazon interface
- Error messages: Amazon codes and technical short texts
- Matching: often by EAN only
- Approvals: only show up when listing
- Supplier data: must be maintained elsewhere first
Import2Shop
From wholesaler to Amazon
- Error messages: in plain language, with the next step
- Matching: unique matches only, the rest goes to the review list
- Approvals: checked in advance
- Supplier data: comes straight from the wholesaler
Wholesalers, shop, eBay and Amazon in one app
Amazon becomes another channel in the same app where your wholesalers, your shop and eBay already run. One product range, one stock level, no isolated tools.
Items come from the same feeds as for your shop.
You maintain GPSR details once per manufacturer; eBay and Amazon use the same data. The overview shows where product safety or unit price details are missing.
Import2Shop only accesses offers, prices, stock and FBA stock.
Your data stays in a data centre in Germany.
