What do I need?

You need a shop that is supported by our system (WooCommerce, Shopware, Shopify, Gambio). You must also be a customer with the selected wholesalers. If a wholesaler charges a fee for their data feed, this is not included in our price!

When will I receive access to the app after ordering?

As soon as the first payment has been successfully processed, we will set up your instance and you will receive the access credentials by email. The process takes a maximum of 20 minutes.

What payment methods are available?

For automated, monthly billing, PayPal and SEPA are available to you as a company based in the EU (EEA).
For all non-EU entrepreneurs, PayPal is available.

How many products can I process?

There are no limitations on our part. Make sure that your shop hosting is sufficiently powerful for the quantity of products you desire.

How long is the contract term?

Cancellation can be made with a notice period of 1 month to the end of the contract term (billing date). If no cancellation is made, the contract automatically extends for another month.

Can I cancel an order?

We work in B2B and exclude the right of withdrawal.
