Step 1: Profit Margin
The profit margin is a crucial factor that affects the success of your business. You should calculate the profit margin meticulously to ensure that you are adequately rewarded for your efforts and risks. To calculate the sale price, we multiply the purchase price by 1.20 (100% + 20% profit).
